When you book a city game or an escape room, you always play with your own group. It is possible that several groups start at the same time in a city game, but then you still play independently of each other.
You can park on the boulevard or behind the Escape Room at the station. In Zandvoort you have to pay everywhere. We do not know in advance whether there is a place nearby, but experience shows that it is especially busy in very sunny weather, during the holidays or at events such as The Grand Prix.

Escape Room Zandvoort is not scary. However, it is intended that playing an escape room is anticipated as being exciting as well as tense. You can expect to be surprised by the fabulous special effects or sounds. The time pressure makes the experience complete. The overall atmosphere creates a sense of tension. However, should someone within your group become overly anxious, scared or panic, there is always the option to push the emergency button. In that case, the door will automatically open and the game will end.
All our rooms are a challenge. If you don’t have that much experience yet, we recommend starting with The Boat Trip. About 50% escape from the Gold Mine. About 20/25%% escape from the Grand Prix. If the group is young at age we can change the rooms.
It does not matter what kind of clothes you wear. You will not get dirty and you do not need to undertake a massive effort. Basically our advice is to wear comfortable clothing.
Yes, before and after the game you can have a drink in our cozy reception area (no alcohol). During the game, it is not possible to order anything. Consumption of any items not offered by Escape Room Zandvoort is not permitted. However, if you like to combine your visit to our escape rooms with a lunch or dinner, please take a look at our recommendations.
Yes! The Escape Rooms can be played in a Dutch, German or English version. From Russia with love in English, German or Dutch and La Casa de Dinero in German and Dutch.
Before you enter the escape room we ask you to store your mobile phones, cameras and other belongings in a secure locker. Everything you need to play the escape room, you will find inside the escape room.
No, during the game you can not use the toilet. We therefore recommend to use the toilet before the game starts.
Escape Room Zandvoort is 50 meters away from both the bus station and the train station of Zandvoort. Unfortunately we do not have a private parking area but there is ample public parking in the vicinity. Escape Room Zandvoort is located 200 meters from the beach. Please keep this in mind as Zandvoort is a popular destination especially when we have a spell of good weather. As such, during the peak season and whenever the weather is pleasant, Escape Room Zandvoort recommends that travel by train or bus is advisable and preferable.

A booking will be made for the number of people participating in the game. Participation is possible for groups of 2 to 6 people. Reservations for larger groups will be handled on request.
